How Daysy Fertility tracker works

Each morning when you wake, all you need to do is use the Daysy device to take your basal body temperature and then it does the rest!

"Daysy calculates your fertile window: Your fertility status will be displayed either as a red (you are fertile / possible fertile) or green (you are not fertile) light." - daysy.com.au

When you know each day if you are or are not fertile, you can use this information however you want. A lot of women use this to help them:

  • Achieve pregnancy
  • Avoid pregnancy

But it's not just for women with family planning in mind.

It's also a really fantastic way to get in touch with your cycle. I still get excited each month when I see the spike in temperature that indicates ovulation has occurred!

I've personally been using Daysy since 2016. I stopped using the hormonal birth control pill in 2012 and was looking for an all-natural way to avoid pregnancy. I couldn't be happier with Daysy! On days when I know I'm fertile, we put other measures in place!

You can read about my personal experience with Daysy here.

But is Daysy right for you?

Daysy isn't suitable for everyone so how do we know if it's right for you? Let's find out! Click here to take the quiz and see if Daysy is right for YOU.

If Daysy isn't suitable for you but you'd still love another option for really understanding your cycle and knowing when you're in your fertile window, you might be interested in my course Chart Your Cycle 2.0
